The end on an era, and the beginning of a new one
Lately, Verna has been most interested in fabric art of all kind, especially quilting. When I asked her about her other painting and multimedia stuff, she informed me that “she has nothing to prove anymore” and might not ever do flat art again. It fulfilled certain psychic and spiritual needs that she has now come to grips with in other ways.
